We believe in doing.

Little Things Lab is a women-led community engagement and placemaking / placekeeping firm. Our talent pool consists of designers, urban planners, researchers, graphic designers, poets, event planners, communication strategists, and artists. We collectively value what we each bring to a project and curate project teams based on our client’s needs. Our team combines strategy, creativity, and action to connect people to the places that matter to them.

We walk the walk — it’s all about making an impact. Through active listening and active doing, we seek to celebrate the spirit of a place and its people. We connect the little things in engagement, branding and placemaking to create a big impact. We humanize design, civic and community planning processes.

Designing with communities instead of for them can be hard. Our equitable approach to planning incorporates community voices into the creative placemaking process, resulting in vibrant places where everyone belongs.

We are a collective.
